Check out this article on page 11, The Business of Biomimicry, by professor Jakki Mohr from the University of Montana’s research publication, Vision. Columbia Forest Products participated in a case study last year that researched working with biomimicry start-ups as well as large companies, like Columbia, who are using biomimicry for innovation.

In fact, this quote by professor Mohr from the article does a fabulous job of substantiating the fact that Columbia chose the right path for the future with our PureBond innovation, “MIT study that came out in fall 2011 that actually shows companies that infused sustainability into their businesses are more profitable and have a greater competitive advantage compared to companies that don’t.” Love it!!!
