The article has been approved for one hour of continuing education credit (0.1 CEU) as approved by IDCEC or one Learning Unit (LU) as approved by AIA. The article, sponsored by Columbia Forest Products, gives some great information on the history behind decorative hardwood plywood and how to responsibly specify it.
We are also planning to launch a second continuing education presentation in 2013. This presentation will cover the basics of decorative hardwood plywood (adhesives, cores, and veneers) and how to successfully specify it. The presentation will be submitted to AIA, IDCEC, and GBCI for approval, so keep an eye out for updates on this in the near future!
