Columbia Forest Products / Teragren uses only sustainably grown Optimum 5.5 Moso
bamboo which is harvested between 5.5 and 6 years at maturity. Using the best available
bamboo and following the most stringent quality standards allows Teragren factories
to be ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 certified for quality assurance.

formaldehyde-free panel.
- And when Teragren Bamboo veneer is is laminated with Columbia's exclusive soy flour-based
PureBond® technology to standard particleboard and MDF, the result is a measurable
reduction in formaldehyde emissions.
- Teragren Bamboo veneer is also offered on premium no added urea formaldehyde composite
cores, for projects requiring the technical and finishing properties of particleboard
or MDF while maintaining formaldehyde-free integrity.
